This home is divided into 2 separate units, but is rented as one so you will have total privacy and exclusive use of the grounds, pool, and outdoor kitchen and lounge. The Upper Loft Apartment has the dreamy and romantic Master Suite on the upper level and a spacious & open living space, with a 2nd double bedroom and 2nd bathroom, and kitchenette. In the Lower Suite, you will find another 2 double bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, with open living space, and a kitchenette. There is also an office which can convert to a small extra bedroom. Between the 2 apartments, you will find the glorious gardens, outdoor kitchen and pool waiting for you to relax and unwind.
There is plenty of outdoor space for the whole family to spread out and enjoy. In addition to the pool area, there is a lounge with a full and newly finished outdoor kitchen. You will also find a quiet corner in the shade to read a book, or drink your morning coffee.
The access from the main road is very good. There is a private road from the gated entrance to the house is up a fairly steep hill, as shown in the photos. It is a paved road, that is in good condition. It is a short but winding driveway. There is no problem for parking a large SUV in the private parking space, but be aware that while it is possible to reach the house without a car, we recommend having a car to make it easier to get around. We can arrange for grocery delivery, housekeeping, private chef, driver, you name it.
This home is located between the towns of Camogli and Recco, near Santa Margherita and Portofino. They are all within a short drive, ferry boat ride, hike or bicycle ride. There are some excellent restaurants about a 5 minute walk away from the house. If you don't plan to come by car, we can arrange for transportation for you from the airport or train station. There are plenty of extraordinary hiking paths to explore in the area, and also biking excursions. Having a car is recommended for exploring and making your way around most easily.
